What is the procedure for custom product orders?

  1. Choose a product type
  2. Give details about occasion, person’s likes/hobbies/interests
  3. A sketch is created showing 2 possible designs
  4. One design is approved or revised (up to 2 revisions)
  5. Payment is made in full
  6. Product is created and shipped
  7. The production time is generally 5-7 days and shipping is usually 5-7 days. There may be shipping delays beyond our control during holiday seasons or those experienced by carriers.
  8. Once the product is shipped, an email is sent with tracking information. All products are shipped insured. Once a package leaves our facility and is turned over to the shipper, we are no longer responsible and any claims must be made with the shipper.
