Thank you for choosing Pastels, Prints & Papers by So Well Design Ink , LLC for your personalized cards, invitations graphic design pillows, and similar products.  We strive to provide an excellent shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review the the following shipping policy details, including the legal disclaimer.

Shipping Methods and Time Frames: We primarily ship via UPS or USPS.  While UPS typically delivers within 1-3 business days, we advise customers to expect delivery within 5-7 business days to account for any unforeseen circumstances. Please note that the delivery time frame may vary for custom items, which will be delivered after 3-5 business days following the order processing time.

Order Processing Time: Our standard production time is approximately one week, though we often complete orders sooner, depending on the volume of orders received.  Rest assured, we make every effort to expedite the production process without compromising quality.

Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100.  During promotional events, we may extend free shipping offers as well. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimension and destination.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information.  You can conveniently track the progress of your package through the carrier's website. Meanwhile, our team will closely monitor the delivery status on our end. Please note that successful delivery is defined as the package being placed in the care, custody and control of the carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, Fed Ex). Pastels, Prints & Papers by So Well Design Ink, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items after successful delivery.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges: We strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  If we have made an error in processing your order or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately by phone, email or chat.  We will gladly arrange for returns or exchanges and cover any associated costs. However, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom orders.

In the rare event of damage during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.

Pastels, Prints & Papers by So Well Design Ink, LLC is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during the shipping process.  While we strive to meet the specified shipping times and ensure the safe delivery of your items, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control that may cause shipping delays or damage to your package.

By placing an order with Pastels, Prints & Papers, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the respective shipping carriers.  Any disputes or claims arising from shipping related matters or the use of our shipping services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

*Please note that during Holiday Shopping season shipping times may be affected. This is not under our control once products have been turned over to the shipper. We make every effort to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Tracking is sent so that you can follow the delivery.
